To serve the Tsa Wa Sum with utmost loyalty and dedication and commit ourselves to building an enlightened society that is united in the pursuit of His Majesty’s aspiration for Gross National Happiness encompassing economic sustainability, social and cultural harmony and equity, environmental integrity and political justice.
